WIN Precinct redevelopment

The NSW Government is progressing planning, design and procurement for the WIN Sports and Entertainment Precinct (WIN Precinct), helping transform Wollongong's foreshore into a modern destination for sport, entertainment and community use.  

The project will deliver a new WIN Arena, upgrades to WIN Stadium, enhanced foreshore spaces and better connections between the Wollongong CBD, beach and precinct.  

The investment will support the region's future by attracting major events, improving community facilities and creating a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike.
